First, you call or email us with the property info. Our complimentary roof inspections are always done the next day.  Nobody needs to meet our inspector there unless there is a leak inside that he needs to see, or if you want to show him something specific. Since our guys look at so many houses each day, it is really hard for us to give you an exact time that he will be there, so he will call you about 30 minutes before he arrives at the property. If the property is vacan and there is a contractor's lock box on the property, he can let himself in to examine the leak. When our inspector arrives back at the office at the end of his day, he gives us his reports and we put together the written estimates, which we fax or email out to the appropriate parties.
 

To schedule repairs, we will need written authorization for the repairs to be done. At the bottom of the estimate, you will notice a space for an authorization signature and a form for all of the title information. Fill out this bottom section of the estimate and fax or email it back to us, and we will call you with a repair date. We will write the Certification as soon as we have title info, and we will send it with the invoice to the title company ahead of time so that nobody has to undertake the pesky chore of chasing down all of the paperwork (at least not our paperwork!) the day of escrow closing. We will also send it to the realtors involved. If the house is not being sold, we will need to know who is paying for the repairs and/or the certificaion, and where to send the invoice.
 

Repairs are usually completed the same day that they are scheduled to be done, weather permitting. As with the inspection, nobody needs to be home for the repairman to do the repairs. When he is done, he'll leave a door hanger with any info or message he wants to convey to you, and we send out the invoices the next day, once we receive confirmation from him that the repairs are completed. We accept checks and Visa or Mastercard.
