1. Do I need to be home?

Not usually.  If the roof is leaking, the inspector will want to get inside to see that leak. You can meet him there, or he can let himself in if the home is vacant and there is a contractor's lock box.

3. How often should my roof be inspected for repair?

Shake roofs should be inspected every 2 to 3 years. Composition shingles, after intial inspection, shouldn't need any further attention unless wind damage or leaks are noticed by the home owner. Tile roofs, much like composition, should be inspected only if leakage should occur.

4. What kind of roofs does Roof Doctors repair?

We are located out of Orangevale, CA. We provide service to the greater Sacramento area including Placer and El Dorado Counties, and some parts of Yolo and Solano Counties. Call the office if you have a more specific area for us to go to and we'll tell you if we go to that area or not.
